My general opinion is positive. Obviously in any structure there can be positive and negative things, and obviously everyone has their own point of view. the arrival was not the best due to the fact that we arrived in the rain, week of 20/27 but fortunately we made up for it with a splendid week of sunshine. As expected we waited our turn to be assigned rooms. Obviously clean room. We immediately took advantage of the village's services. At the reception we enabled an electronic card to use it at the bar since they don't use cash, very simple to use. The beach is a little far away but with a lot of patience and kindness there is the shuttle that the great VINCENZO accompanied us and came to pick up like lightning. A negative note was the rudeness of some who did not wait their turn. Immense beach, very large I would say wonderful water. Lifeguard service not very responsive but not all of us are perfect, all it took was a little effort and everything was resolved. Super positive note is the entertainment which really kept us busy all day making us do a thousand things. For both adults and children. Congratulations guys from Summer animation. It remains the restaurant that all in all has put all its effort into it, yes it may not be the best but in the end we always ate there. Let's say it can be improved. All in all, a structure that works and gave us the opportunity with its staff to relax for a nice week, an experience that we will miss. Ah forgotten Director kind and friendly person who solves all the problems of the structure, always present even when he cannot be seen. I just returned today 03.09.23 everything was top except the mediocre food and the swimming pools, one small and the other too deep. Cleanliness, kindness of the entire staff from the waiters, the cleaning company, top entertainers Andrea, a great person, we felt like family. A fantastic sea nearby to reach on foot but the great Vincenzo goes up and down with the shuttle.

Too many points to improve. First the cold poor food and it is not possible to always eat the same ones, Secondly, the rooms were cleaned in an orderly and clean manner, otherwise it cannot be defined as a 4-star resort. Beach service, yes it is true that there is a shuttle that comes and goes in less than 5 minutes, but I would only say that it is 200 meters from the sea, it is really a misnomer, in my opinion we need to provide a more efficient service especially for elderly pregnant women and disabled people and easy access, and finally easy access bathrooms and changing rooms it's not possible to go to the bathroom through the jungle when you wake up. I would give the property a 3 stars.

Structure with excellent potential but poorly managed and especially the bar where the male operators were annoyed to do everything. Kindness and willingness to welcome. Great chaos during the queue, no queues to eat. Lifeguard absent in the pool and everyone did what they wanted.... swimming with or without a cap...... diving everywhere Beach services need to be improved. I recommend shoes for swimming in the sea. I don't think I'd recommend going back to anyone who knows how to adapt and isn't looking for someone who knows what.

We spent two weeks in this village and returned yesterday. There are positive notes and negative notes. The positive ones are: the sea is always very beautiful in these areas... although unfortunately in the last week it has often become dirty, probably due to the currents. The cleanliness of the room was positive and, although small, it was comfortable. The village is concentrated so everything is within reach ... And the beach is also quite close. But there are no toilets on the beach worthy of being called such... Rather there are abandoned shacks far from the umbrellas. The lifeguards were very rude and distracted. Of note in the last week was the presence of a Labrador dog, although not permitted by the village regulations, because it was in the center of the beach in the second row and was swimming with the children. Not even the decency to let him bathe in a slightly more secluded area. The owners of the dog were disgraced and the managers of the facility were arrogant and, despite the reports and despite agreeing with us, did nothing. As for the food, it is average for all villages of this type.... In short, you can find something to eat... even if things often ran out and were not replaced. Too bad for the flies that fly on the food and for the bee that committed suicide in the peaches in syrup. The presentation of the dishes at breakfast is sad...All the staff are very kind, in particular Pietro the room manager, the girls at the reception, Vincenzo from the shuttle and the guys at the bar. On a positive note, the animation guys were really nice and engaging... They remained in our hearts. The structure is really very beautiful and the green spaces are well looked after. But it is absolutely not a 4 star also due to the filth of the swimming pools in which we preferred not to set foot. Despite this we had a wonderful holiday. We had a lot of fun and above all the child was very happy. But we definitely won't be back again.
